In order to enable children to obtain a better and comprehensive education, our school has set up a "Teacher Development Day" to enhance teachers' professional development and skills, thereby improving teachers' teaching or management effectiveness. Meanwhile, teachers learn from exchanges and practice, from which they can acquire different knowledge and self-improvement, thereby improving teaching skills and quality, and providing children with appropriate needs.
